We've been getting some questions about how to best contact customer service regarding in-game support. Please direct all tickets via the FAQ button in-game as this is the fastest way we can help you.
1.) Click on the FAQ button on the left side of the screen. The icon is circular marked with a question mark.
2.) Search for your issue first. If your issue is not resolved, please click CONTACT US.
3.) You will be directed directly to a box to fill out your request. Please attach screenshots or receipts if necessary.
You can also send a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org, but we recommend the in-game contact us method first. We hope that this will smooth line your customer service experience.
